| 1. Familiarity with US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) procedures; |
| 2. Gateway routine works and emergent situation handling; |
| 3. Analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues. |

| 1. ENGLISH- CHINESE BILINGUAL |
| 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills; |
| 3. Solid organizational, customer service and computer skills; |
| 4. NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE; |
| 5. Able to drive; |
| 6. 2+ years experience in the freight forwarding industry preferred. |
